Change the look of table text
You can change the appearance of the text for the entire table or just for specific table cells.
Change the appearance of all table text
You can set the font for the entire table.
Select the table.

Click the Text tab at the top of the sidebar on the right.
If you don’t see a sidebar, or the sidebar doesn’t have a Text tab, click in the toolbar.
Click the pop-up menu at the top of the sidebar, then choose a style.

Change the appearance of text in selected cells
You can change the font, color, size, and other attributes of text in table cells.

Do one of the following:

In the Text tab of the Format sidebar, click the pop-up menu at the top of the sidebar, then choose a paragraph style, or use the controls in the Font section.

Note: To apply a character style, select the text you want to change. The character style controls aren’t enabled if only the cell is selected.
Wrap or unwrap text in a table
If the cell isn’t wide enough to display the text on one line, you can wrap the text so that it appears on multiple lines in the cell.
Wrap text in a cell: Control-click the cell, then choose Wrap Text. A checkmark appears next to“Wrap Text when it’s selected.

Wrap text for a row or column: Select the row or column. In the sidebar on the right, click the Text tab at the top of the sidebar, then select the “Wrap text in cell” checkbox.
If you don’t see a sidebar, or it doesn’t have a Text tab, click in the toolbar.
Wrap all text in a table: Select the table. In the sidebar on the right, click the Text tab, then select the “Wrap text in cell” checkbox.
