Use a WebDAV server to store presentations
If you have access to a WebDAV server, you can copy your Keynote presentations directly to the server, then transfer them to your iOS device.
Connect to a WebDAV server from a Mac
Click the desktop to switch to the Finder.
Choose Go > Connect to Server (from the Go menu at the top of your screen).
Type the address of the server in the Server Address field, then click Connect.
The server address should be in a form similar to this:
http://servername.com/path/
You can find more information about using WebDAV in Mac Help. Click the desktop to switch to Finder, then choose Help > Mac Help (from the Help menu at the top of your screen), and search for “WebDAV”.
Copy files between a WebDAV server and an iOS device
In the presentation manager (with no presentation open), tap in the toolbar.
Tap Copy from WebDAV, then type the server address (web address or URL).
Enter your user name and password.
-
Tap Sign In.
After you sign in to your WebDAV server, you can copy files to or from the server without signing in again. You remain signed in to the server until you tap Sign Out.

Do one of the following:
