Set presentation playback options

You can set a presentation to play when it’s opened, to play continuously in a loop, and to restart if it sits idle for a specific period of time.

Restarting an idle presentation automatically is especially useful in a kiosk setting. If a presentation is playing and there hasn’t been any interaction with the screen after a period of time, you can have the presentation return to the first slide.

Set playback options

  1. Open the presentation.

  2. Click the Document tab at the top of the sidebar on the right.

If you don’t see a sidebar, or the sidebar doesn’t have a Document tab, click Document button in the toolbar.

  3. Select any playback options:

    • Automatically play upon open: The presentation begins playing when you open it.

    • Loop slideshow: The presentation plays continuously until you stop it.

    • Restart show if idle for: Use the arrows to set the length of idle time before a presentation restarts.
